Role Overview
This is a pivotal time to join FairPrice Group. As a Specialist, Transport Management System (Full Stack), you will be part of the team driving the development and modernization of our transport management systems.
You will contribute to building and enhancing applications, supporting the migration to a new SaaS platform, and ensuring system reliability in a fast-paced logistics environment. This role offers the opportunity to work on real-world supply chain challenges while developing scalable and robust solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain high-quality full stack applications
- Participate in the entire software development lifecycle, including planning, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance
- Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks to ensure reliable releases
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
- Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues in production environments
- Continuously research and adopt new technologies, tools, and best practices
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in software engineering or development
- Proven experience working on full stack applications
- Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment
Nice to Have
- Experience in route optimization, transport management systems, or delivery solutions
- Familiarity with databases, message queues, caching systems, reporting and analytics tools
- Experience with cloud platforms, preferably Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
- Experience with monitoring and observability tools (e.g., Datadog, Grafana etc)
- Strong understanding of system scalability, performance, and reliability
