Position Overview
We are seeking motivated and creative Teaching Associateswho are passionate about teaching in small-group, active-learning environments. This role is ideal for educators who enjoy hands-on teaching, are open to exploring diverse teaching pedagogies, and are eager to grow professionally through varied classroom experiences.
In this role, you will...
- Conductengaging small-group lessonsaligned with our student-centered, active-learning teaching philosophy
- Deliver an average of912 lessons per week, including covering classes for peers when needed
- Prepare and deliver lessons using provided materials, while also contributing creative ideas, questions, and activities
- Participate inteaching sessions outside the tuition centre, exploring alternative learning environments and pedagogical approaches
- Adapt teaching methods to suit students learning pace, styles, and academic needs
- Support a collaborative teaching culture by sharing best practices and lesson insights with fellow tutors
- Maintain a positive, professional, and energetic classroom environment
- Communicate effectively with students regarding lesson expectations and learning progress
- Participate in marketing events and open houses as ambassadors of the company, as required.
- Your job might also entail other ad-hoc duties such as work on educational projects or events.

- Qualifications, such as a Bachelor's degree in Education, Sciences, or a related field. Relevant experience in Education is not required but will be an added advantage
- Ideal candidates should be comfortable teachingat least one science subject (Biology or Chemistry)at either theGCE O Level or A Level. Experience in teaching acrossboth levelsand/or both subjectsis not required, but would be a welcome bonus and an opportunity for further growth.
