Job Description

Summary

We are searching for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Planning Specialist! You will be part of the Sales Planning team, to strategize and lead initiatives with Sales teams towards meeting revenue targets. You will work closely with internal stakeholders across Scoot Commercial teams, as well as, external stakeholders such as online and offline Trade Partners, to drive sales across various distribution channels at the most cost efficient manner.

Job Description

This role is responsible for supporting the operations of our Sales team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and review sales performances by location and distribution channels;
  • Planning and strategizing to guide Sales teams towards maximising revenue at the lowest cost of sales;
  • Timely management reporting and data-driven studies to help drive strategic decisions;
  • Managing regional sales activites for point-of-sales under responsibility to meet revenue targets;
  • Provide market insights and monitor competitors initiaitves to identify sales opportunities;
  • Support the planning and execution of sales campaigns, promotions and commercial initiatives, including tracking of results and coordinating with internal stakeholders;
  • Prepare and maintain regular report, ensuring accurate documentation and timely submission;
  • Manage administrative accural, invoice, and voucher processes timely and accurately in accordance with company procedure.

Key Requirements

  • General Degree, with relevant Sales/Commercial experience preferred
  • Comfortable working with data sets to analyse and present findings in detail
  • Self-starter, excellent communicator and strong team player
  • Fluent written, spoken, and reading capability in English
