Business Development Manager | Foodservice | East Singapore

On behalf of our client, we are looking for a Business Development Manager to aggressively grow their footprint in Singapore's foodservice channel. This role is for someone with a Hunter mindset.

• New Business Development
• Proactively hunt, prospect, and close new foodservice accounts
• Build and manage a live, structured pipeline
• Own the full sales cycle
• Identify and pursue new channel opportunities
• Key Account Penetration
• Negotiate product listings, trial agreements, pricing, and promotional terms
• Build strong relationships across all levels
• Distributor Partnership
• Partner closely with the distributor's ground team
• Share market leads, customer insights, and field intelligence
• Sales Performance & CRM Reporting
• Deliver against agreed new account targets, revenue growth goals, and distribution KPIs on a monthly basis.
• Collaborate with internal teams — marketing, supply chain, and finance
• Provide accurate monthly volume forecasts for accounts under development to support demand planning.
