Job Responsibilities

Replenish medical consumables in hospitals at various stock points. Must always maintain readily stocks at Distribution Center.
Conduct inventory count regularly and ensure that stock levels are accurate and up to date
Ensure that supplies are received accurately, stored and classified properly
Ensure files are endorsed, documented and archived accurately
Manage inventory batch and expiry dates of stocks
Identify supply chain gaps and deficiencies, and work on improvements
Ensure that supplies are monitored for quality
Communicate with stakeholders to ensure supplies are used appropriately
Ensure smooth and timely processing of customer orders, coordinate with logistics stakeholders for the delivery of goods from warehouse to customers
Ensure the completeness, accuracy, integrity of data and transactions in the enterprise computer system
Any other ad hoc duties as assigned by management
