About the Role

The Wealth Managers will be responsible for driving growth in the Affluent and High Net Worth (AHNW) business through TD Sales Force. Incumbent will implement initiatives, sales & promotion activities, to grow the Affluent & HNW business and the number of Personal Wealth Managers for the HNW Prestige Club.
- Cultivate and deepen rapport with Agency and AFA Sales force to meet and exceed growth targets in terms of AHNW sales productivity and Prestige Club members.
- Engage Agency and AFA Leaders and FCSs via Districts Meeting to provide regular updates of AHNW Production progress reports and train/share knowledge on practices on Wealth Management propositions to increase competency and awareness
- Provide support on AHNW business through Case Discussions and Case Management support.
- Drive and Support on Offshore business opportunities and initiatives
- Provide AHNW related training and support to Agency and AFA Leaders and FCSs to uplift the competency level of individual districts.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities or leads generation ideas to create sales platforms.
- Involve and work on special initiatives to drive Company's strategic objectives towards Digitalisation and Customer centric agency culture.
- Drive and implement Company's AHNW initiatives for Agency and AFA including recognition events and campaigns.
- Liaise with Operational teams for AHNW new business applications.
- Work with Clusters and Districts to increase awareness and retention rate through promotion of the Club benefits and privileges.
- Design, Implement and Supervise AHNW sales related activities and campaigns to increase efficiency and competency.
- Work closely with respective Location BD Team to roll out campaigns and activities
- Develop and update sales aids & marketing materials as required.
- To have basic knowledge in wealth management tools like Wills, Trusts, Financing, Family Offices, Offshore Regions sales and business proposition process, etc. to further understand the more complex needs of the AHNW client.
- Undertake any other projects assigned from time to time assigned by Company
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelors degree
- At least 3-5 years of life insurance experience preferably in Agency Channel Management
- M5, M9, M9A, HI, FLMI certifications preferable
- Knowledge of life insurance industry in Singapore and/or Asia
- Proficient communications skills to effectively explain policies with Agency distribution force and internal stakeholders
