The Role
We're looking for a Motion Graphic Specialist who understands that movement is not decorationit's communication. You'll be responsible for bringing ideas to life through motion across digital, social, content, film, and experiential touchpoints. From slick social cut-downs to bold brand animations, you know how to make things move with purpose, rhythm, and restraint.

What You'll Do
- Translate creative concepts into compelling motion graphics across digital, social, film, and on-ground formats
- Collaborate closely with Art Directors, Writers, Content Specialists, and Creative Leads from idea to execution
- Animate brand assets, titles, typography, UI elements, social content, videos, and campaign films
- Develop motion styles that feel native to platforms yet unmistakably on-brand
- Support video shoots and post-production when required, ensuring motion aligns with the original creative intent
- Adapt and optimise motion assets for different formats, platforms, and timelines
- Stay sharp on motion trends, tools, and techniqueswithout chasing gimmicks
What We're Looking For
- 25 years of experience in motion graphics, animation, or related disciplines
- Strong command of tools such as After Effects, Premiere Pro, and related Adobe Suite software
- Solid understanding of timing, pacing, typography, transitions, and visual storytelling
- Experience working on digital-first and social-first content
- Ability to take a brief, ask smart questions, and push the work further
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a fast-moving creative team
- Detail-obsessed, deadline-responsible, and craft-driven
Bonus Points If You
- Have experience with 3D, Cinema 4D, Blender, or real-time animation tools
- Understand performance-driven content and how motion impacts engagement
- Have worked on campaigns, branded content, or experiential activations
- Bring sound design sensibility to your motion work
