What You Bring:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Information Technology is required
A minimum of 2 years of experience in Project or Program Management
Demonstrated hands-on experience with data analytics platforms such as Snowflake, GCP, Tableau, PowerBI
Strong proficiency with Microsoft applications, including Microsoft O365
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Experience with modern programming languages and technologies such as Angular, Python, C/C++, or similar is preferred
Familiarity with AI and automation tools such as Microsoft Copilot, Cortex, or equivalent platforms is preferred

Maintain safe/clean work environment. Understand and enforce local and national government regulated standards as well as Micron policies. Recommend and implement procedures to improve Safety in the work place. React to safety incidents and alarms by ensuring that proper resources are notified. Monitor and enforce area (i.e. cleanroom) protocols, material handling and production work activities. Plan and implement Production Priorities and Strategies. Maintain MICAP. Maintain accurate equipment status, location, install date, ETI names, serial numbers and project numbers in MICAP. Support Purchasing group to ensure MICAP accuracy. Assist Fixed Asset group to audit MICAP equipment. Support MICAP training for area staff as needed. Assist Capital Planning Process. Schedule, manage and facilitate monthly capital equipment and facilities review. Maintain tool master documentation. Maintain list and schedule of tool installs, removals and relocations. Understand tool requirements as related to installs, de-facilitation, and plant ops PM's. Coordinate remodel projects. Work with Facilities to coordinate remodel projects ensuring the work is on schedule and meets project requirements. Manage tool construction projects. Work with facilities, trades, shipping, traffic, warehouses, equipment owners and area managers to install equipment. Represent the manufacturing areas to provide design coordination for equipment installs, relocations, upgrades and remodels. Fab maintenance. Work with facilities to coordinate both scheduled and unscheduled work, ensuring it is on schedule and meets project requirements. Maintain area as-builts, bullpen layouts and planned tool activity. Assist with PC, phone, other fixture placement.
