This role is a 1 year contract which is fully on-site.
Position Overview
The Customer Care Specialist is responsible for delivering high-quality customer service and operational support through effective order management, issue resolution and collaboration with internal teams. This role plays a key part in ensuring customer satisfaction and smooth end-to-end order fulfilment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Inbound Call Handling
. Manage incoming customer calls professionally and courteously.
. Provide timely updates, product information, and service support.
2. Order Management
. Process and manage orders received via email and digital platforms such as SAP, Automation tools, and CRM systems.
. Ensure order accuracy, timely fulfilment, and update customers on order status.
. Escalate urgent issues to relevant departments for resolution.
Job Requirements
Education
. Minimum Diploma and above.
Experience
. At least 1 year of working experience (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
. Experience in customer service, order management, or logistics is an advantage.
Technical Skills
. Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
. Experience with SAP or other ERP/CRM systems is a strong advantage.
