Position Responsibilities
- Providing operational support in the areas of Compensation
- Premium discount arrangement and billing process
- Execute Bancassurance compensation monthly accrual
- Execute monthly commission reconciliation
- Provide Distribute tracking and monthly reports to bank partners
- Document and maintain SOP for Bancassurance Department
- Execute month-end closing process
- Support and reply to daily email inquiry from Internal stakeholders & multi distribution channels
- Support system enhancements User Acceptance Testing. This will include defining the scope of system enhancement, preparing user requirements and test plans.
- Any other ad hoc compensation assignments/projects and job scopes relocation if required
Required Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree from any recognized University.
- Minimum 2- 5 years&apos experience in life insurance industry
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
- Proactive, meticulous and good communication skills
- Strong sense of customer centricity
- Positive attitude and attention to details
- Good organizational skills with ability to handle multiple priorities
