About the Role:
You will deliver pipeline, membership and revenue growth targets through the execution of the Association&aposs product sales and related service offerings in Singapore. This can include recruitment of students from general public (walk-ins)/employers/corporates and Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) in Singapore and support students with progression activities . You will report to the Senior Manager, Singapore.
You Will:
- Implement members/student recruitment activities to achieve revenue, student numbers and Goals for the region.
- Establish and maintain good working relationships with the partner universities/tuition providers/employers/corporates. Improve the sales process from initial contact to closing deals. Help identify new businesses and market intelligence for market growth.
- Provide administrative support in preparing costing, business proposals, partners profile and post sales activities.
- Deploy tactics to achieve high student progression and retention rates for Malaysia/Emerging markets.
- Work with the Member Services Department/employers for student conversion to new members.
- Prepare regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and performance against targets Provide information for reporting and business solutions.
You Have:
- Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Marketing or any equivalent field.
- Excellent command of English.
- Working experience in education industry or professional bodies is an added advantage
- Strong sales background
- Project and event management experience.
- 3 - 5 years working experience in Business Development, Marketing or Event Management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office application
