JOB PURPOSE/SUMMARY:
The Specialist – Asset Management provides operational and analytical support in the management of Sanad Capital's engine and component portfolio.
The role assists in asset valuation, teardown coordination, repair monitoring, data reporting, and parts trading activities to help achieve commercial and operational objectives.
Working under the guidance of the Head – Asset Management and mentorship of senior team members, the Specialist ensures data accuracy, compliance with procedures, and timely execution of assigned asset management tasks.

1. Support Asset Management Operations (30%)

1.Asset Tracking and Coordination
Supports the execution of asset management tasks including monitoring, documentation, and logistics coordination to maintain accurate asset status visibility.
2.Data and Financial Analysis
Collects, validates, and analyzes operational and financial data to support decision-making and performance evaluation.
3.Repair and Teardown Monitoring
Coordinates with internal teams and external vendors to track repair progress and ensure on-time, cost-effective completion.
4.Reporting and Documentation
Prepares accurate, timely reports and maintains organized records aligned with company reporting standards and audit requirements.
5.Compliance and Process Adherence
Ensures that all activities comply with company policies, safety standards, and contractual obligations.
6.Teamwork and Continuous Learning
Demonstrates collaboration, initiative, and eagerness to learn from senior colleagues while contributing to a cooperative work environment.
