We welcome and encourage applications from fresh graduates and early-career professionals who demonstrate strong Excel proficiency (e.g., VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, VBA), a keen willingness to learn, and a strong commercial mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

Space Planning & Planogram Management

  • Develop, implement and maintain planograms across assigned product categories, ensuring alignment with merchandising guidelines and business objectives.

  • Optimise shelf space allocation, product placement and assortment to drive sales, profitability and product availability.

  • Maintain accurate product information and image libraries to support effective planogram development.

  • Ensure timely rollout of planograms across different store formats.

Category Analysis & Performance Optimisation

  • Analyse category performance across store formats to identify opportunities for improvement.

  • Prepare category assessments, assortment optimisation reports and performance insights to support commercial decision-making.

  • Support annual category reviews by providing data-driven recommendations on product placement, assortment and shelf allocation.

  • Identify emerging shopper trends and opportunities to enhance in-store product navigation and shopping experiences.

Stakeholder Collaboration & Process Improvement

  • Partner with Category Managers, Commercial and Store Operations teams to develop effective merchandising and display solutions.

  • Coordinate planogram implementation projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.

  • Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, improve planning tools and accelerate speed to market.

  • Leverage planogram software and data platforms to improve reporting accuracy and operational efficiency.

What We're Looking For

  • Degree in any discipline. Diploma holders with relevant experience are also welcome to apply.

  • Relevant experience in the retail industry, preferably in space planning, planogram development, merchandising or category management.

  • Experience using space management or planogram software, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends and translate insights into actionable recommendations.

  • Excellent organisational and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently and meet deadlines.

  • Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders across different levels of the organisation.

  • Detail-oriented, resourceful and solution-driven, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.

  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, evolving retail environment.
