We're looking for passionate individuals to join our team as Spa Trainee Supervisor. This role is perfect for someone who loves the spa & wellness industry, enjoys leading a team, and is eager to grow into a leadership position.

- 5-day work week (40 hours/week)
- 8-hour work shifts with 1-hour break
- Weekends required, with rotated weekend off

We're looking for someone who is committed long-term, hardworking, customer-oriented, and able to lead and supervise the team effectively.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in the daily operations of the spa to ensure smooth service flow
- Supervise and support reception and therapist teams during shifts
- Provide excellent customer service and handle guest inquiries or feedback professionally
- Ensure SOPs and service standards are followed at all times
- Manage staff shift scheduling
- Support staff on opening/closing duties, and operational tasks
- Monitor sales and service performance, and motivate the team to meet targets
- Report daily operations and highlight any issues to management
- Participate in training to develop leadership and operational skills
Requirements:
- Proficient in spoken and written English
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Willing to learn, responsible, and able to work well in a team
- Customer-oriented with a positive attitude
- Able to work weekends and shifts on a rotational basis
- Prior experience in spa, wellness, hospitality, or retail is an advantage, but not required - training will be provided
