Job Summary
Manage daily spa operations and lead a team of therapists to deliver exceptional beauty and wellness services. Drive sales growth, ensure compliance with health and safety standards, and maintain high-quality treatment delivery.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily spa operations including opening and closing procedures, staff scheduling, and optimizing workflow efficiency to ensure smooth service delivery
- Coach and train therapists on new treatments, product knowledge, and service standards to enhance team performance and service quality
- Drive revenue growth by achieving sales targets and actively promoting beauty products and services to customers
- Perform and supervise high-quality massages, body treatments, and facials to maintain excellent technical service standards
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints promptly while ensuring strict compliance with health and safety protocols to safeguard customer well-being
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Previous experience as a spa therapist, preferably with supervisory experience in a beauty or wellness environment
- Strong communication, leadership, and customer service skills demonstrated through effective team motivation and guest engagement
- Knowledge of skincare products, treatments, and spa management software to support operational and service excellence
- Target-oriented mindset with a professional appearance and ability to motivate a team
- Massage qualification certificate, like CIBTAC, ITEC, etc.
