To deliver a variety of spa services (body and foot treatments / massages) in a professional and safe manner.
To uphold and maintain the highest customer service standards of the Spa.
In the delivery of the Spa's treatments, to ensure conformance to the highest health and safety regulations, and to the additional hygiene standards set by the Spa.
To be knowledgeable of the services provided, and to effectively respond to customer queries, needs, and expectations.
Requirements
Preferably holds ITEC / WSQ certification or other recognized massage certification. Successful candidates without will be required to obtain the appropriate certification within 6 months of employment.
Able and flexible to work on weekends / public holidays / after office hours.
Customer oriented with a pleasant personality.
Able to effectively communicate in multiple languages is an advantage.
Training will be provided for successful candidates without prior experience.
Employment subject to approval to work as a Spa Therapist by the SPF.
