Job Summary
You will assist to perform professional facial and body treatments while consulting clients to recommend suitable services. You will maintain a clean work environment, manage linens and client records, and comply with all relevant standards and regulations.
Responsibilities
- Set up and organize workstations to ensure cleanliness and tidiness throughout each shift
- Maintain cleanliness and order of linens, replacing them between client sessions
- Keep accurate documentation and maintain up-to-date client files for service records
- Follow all applicable standards, rules, and regulations to ensure safety and quality
- Work on weekends and public holidays as required to support business operations
- Demonstrate a friendly and cheerful attitude to enhance customer experience
- Show passion for serving customers by delivering attentive and personalized service
