Maintain high hygiene standards by cleaning and disinfecting treatment areas, replacing linens, and sanitizing tools and equipment before every session.
Clearly explain available treatments and therapies to guests, offering appropriate suggestions based on their needs.
Ensure treatment rooms are well supplied at all times and inform the supervisor of any low or missing stock.
Check guests health conditions, medical history, and allergies prior to performing any spa service.
Possession of a massage-related certificate or diploma will be an advantage.
Previous hands-on experience in a spa or wellness environment is required.
Strong understanding of human anatomy, body mechanics, and various massage techniques.
Physically fit and able to remain on one's feet for long working hours.
Well-organized with good time management skills.
Able to communicate clearly and professionally with guests and team members.
Demonstrates excellent service attitude and customer care skills.
Patient, respectful, and attentive to guests needs.
