SPA Therapist

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide professional SPA therapy services to clients, including but not limited to:

  • Body massage (oil massage, relaxation massage, therapeutic massage)

  • Facial treatments and body care services

• Assess clients needs and physical conditions, and recommend suitable treatment plans

• Perform treatments according to company standards and service procedures

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of treatment rooms, equipment, and tools

• Communicate effectively with front desk and team members to ensure smooth operations

• Deliver excellent customer service to enhance client satisfaction and retention

• Comply with all hygiene, safety, and service standards of the company

Job Requirements:

• At least 18 years old, physically healthy, well-groomed, and presentable

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a SPA Therapist, Massage Therapist, or similar role

• Skilled in common SPA massage techniques and treatment procedures

• Strong service mindset with good communication and interpersonal skills

• Willing to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays

• Relevant professional certificates (massage, beauty therapy, wellness therapy) are an advantage
