Job Summary
You will provide professional spa facial treatments following spa standards while maintaining high service quality. You will prepare treatment products, manage stock replenishment, and handle customer queries efficiently under the guidance of the Spa Manager.
Responsibilities
- Deliver professional spa facial treatments consistently according to spa standards to ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain a high level of service quality throughout each customer interaction
- Collaborate effectively with team members to support smooth spa operations and a positive work environment
- Prepare treatment products and replenish stocks and towel supplies to ensure readiness for each session
- Respond promptly and politely to customer queries and concerns to resolve issues efficiently
- Follow instructions and comply with operational guidelines provided by the Spa Manager
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Possess ITEC, WSQ certificate, or facial/massage certification to demonstrate relevant skills
- Commit to working on weekends and public holidays as required
- Have a minimum of 1 year of relevant spa therapy experience
