Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day spa operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery
- Apply expertise in Beauty & Wellness treatments and products to enhance client satisfaction and service quality
- Manage customer interactions by addressing requests and resolving complaints professionally to maintain high client retention
- Utilize bookkeeping skills to maintain accurate financial records and support operational budgeting
- Organize and coordinate spa activities to meet and exceed sales targets through effective team collaboration and resource management
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Proven work experience as a Massage Therapist, Beautician, or in a similar role
- Hold relevant locally recognized certifications in the Massage & Beauty Industry
- Additional certification in Beauty Therapy or Cosmetology is advantageous
