Are you familiar with the daily operations of a SPA outlet, including staff management, customer service, sales targets, and inventory management

Are you able to use Mandarin Chinese as the main working language for daily communication with customers and team members

Position: SPA Store Manager

Job Responsibilities

1.Oversee the daily operations of the beauty / SPA outlet to ensure smooth and efficient operations

2.Manage and lead the beautician team, including staff scheduling, training, and performance monitoring

3.Enhance customer service standards and handle customer enquiries and relationship management

4.Drive sales performance by managing sales targets and promoting service packages and products

5.Manage outlet inventory, consumables, and cost control

6.Coordinate with head office on administrative and operational matters

7.Assist in the execution of marketing and promotional activities for the outlet

Job Requirements

1. Relevant experience in the beauty / SPA industry candidates with store manager or supervisory experience will be an advantage

2.Familiar with daily outlet operations and management processes

3.Strong communication and team management skills

4.Ability to use Mandarin Chinese as the main working language

5. Stable work attitude with a strong sense of responsibility
