. Provide professional massage and spa treatments in accordance with company service standards
. Train and guide massage therapists on proper techniques, service procedures, and customer service etiquette in line with Singapore service industry standards
. Conduct practical training for new therapists and evaluate their technical skills and service performance
. Ensure all therapists comply with Singapore hygiene, safety, and personal protection standards
. Monitor treatment quality and continuously improve overall service standards and customer satisfaction
. Assist in developing treatment protocols, training materials, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
. Support daily spa operations and on-site management when required
. Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally, and assist in resolving service-related issues
. Maintain treatment rooms, equipment, and products with proper cleaning, maintenance, and compliant usage
. Ensure all operations comply with relevant Singapore health, hygiene, and industry regulatory requirements
Job Requirements
. Possess relevant certification in massage or spa therapy (e.g., massage diploma, physiotherapy, or beauty-related qualifications)
. At least 2-5 years of working experience in the spa or massage industry training experience will be an advantage
. Proficient in various massage techniques (e.g., meridian massage, aromatherapy oil massage, foot reflexology, etc.)
. Strong training and coaching skills, able to guide and assess therapists technical performance
. Familiar with service procedures, customer service etiquette, and service quality standards
. Knowledge of Singapore hygiene, safety, and industry operational guidelines
. Good communication skills and strong teamwork spirit
. Able to handle customer feedback and service-related issues
. Responsible, detail-oriented, and customer service-focused
. Able to work on shifts, including weekends and public holidays
