Role Overview:
As a Spa Customer Service Officer, you'll be the first and last touchpoint for our clients, ensuring their experience is seamless and luxurious from start to finish. If you are a team player with a passion for customer service and a positive attitude, we would love to hear from you.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage the front desk operations to ensure a seamless experience for all clients.
- Warmly welcome clients and manage check-ins.
- Schedule appointments and handle cancellations.
- Respond to client inquiries with an in-depth understanding of our services.
- Process payments and manage client records.
- Maintain a tidy reception area and ensure a calming ambiance.
- Perform daily closing procedures, and ensure all payments are accounted for.
- Collaborate with spa staff to ensure smooth operations and an exceptional client experience
- Other administrative duties as assigned by outlet manager.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service role, preferably in the wellness or hospitality industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and familiar with POS and scheduling software.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Bilingual fluent in both English and Mandarin will be an added advantage (to liaise with both English and Mandarin speaking customers and colleagues)
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Good attitude | Service orientated | People person
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- Willing to work retail hours, weekends and public holidays | 5.5 Days a week
