Position: Spa Consultant
We are seeking a passionate, service-oriented, and sales-driven Spa Consultant to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide personalized consultations based on clients skin conditions, wellness goals, and body needs
- Educate clients on beauty treatments and TCM-inspired wellness solutions
- Recommend appropriate treatment programs and products to achieve desired results
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure high satisfaction and retention
- Work closely with therapists and management to achieve team sales targets
Requirements
- Fluent in both English and Mandarin (spoken & written)
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in spa, beauty, or wellness consultancy
- Strong knowledge of skincare, beauty treatments, and TCM wellness practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passionate about helping clients improve their health, beauty, and well-being
