Soya Bean Beverage & Kitchen Assistant

We are looking for a reliable and dedicated Kitchen & Beverage Assistant to join our hawker soya bean stall team.

Key Responsibilities:

. Blend, prepare, and cook fresh soya bean milk and products daily.

. Maintain steady production to ensure frontline staff always have adequate supply to sell.

. Handle kitchen equipment safely and maintain high standards of food hygiene and cleanliness.

. Assist with inventory checks, ingredient preparation, and stall opening duties.

Working Environment & Schedule:

. Environment: Hot and humid hawker kitchen environment. Physical standing and kitchen preparation required.

. Schedule: 6 days per week (excluding weekends / rest day scheduled on weekend).

. Working Hours: 4:30 AM - 1:00 PM (8.5-hour shift).

Requirements:

. Language: Must be able to speak Mandarin / Chinese (to communicate with stall team and handle kitchen coordination).

Salary & Benefits:

. Training Pay: $90 per day (Daily payout available).

. Salary Increase: Rate will be adjusted upwards once fully trained and able to work independently.

. Transport Allowance: Early morning Grab/transport fare provided for 4:30 AM start.
