Role Purpose
The SEA Building & Infrastructure Product Line Leader is accountable for maximizing the performance and growth of the B&I Product Line across Southeast Asia. The role is responsible for defining and deploying the Product Line strategy, building a strong and empowered Product Line community, ensuring consistent strategic direction for local accounts, and supporting opportunity development and key accounts. The position operates within a matrix organization, aligned with global Product Line strategy and Area execution priorities.
Strategy & Portfolio Leadership
- Design and deploy the B&I Product Line strategy across Southeast Asia in alignment with global objectives.
- Act as the voice of the Product Line within the Area and contribute to global Product Line strategy development.
- Build and lead a strong Product Line community across SEA countries.
Commercial Growth & Key Accounts
- Provide strategic direction and oversight to local accounts related to the B&I portfolio.
- Support development of key opportunities and priority accounts across the Area.
Operating Model & Governance
- Drive harmonization of Product Line processes, tools, governance, and best practices across Southeast Asia.
- Enable technical expertise, innovation, and capability transfer across countries.
M&A And Strategic Initiatives
- Support mergers and acquisitions activities related to the B&I Product Line, including market assessments and integration support when required.
Leadership & Stakeholder Management
- Partner with Area and country leadership to ensure appropriate investments in people, innovation, and capabilities.
- Collaborate with Product Line leadership and support functions (Finance, HR, Legal, etc.) to deliver shared priorities.
- Role model leadership behaviors and company culture.
Health, Safety & Quality
- Comply with all company health, safety, and environmental policies and local legal requirements.
- Demonstrate safety leadership and ensure immediate reporting of incidents or unsafe conditions.
- Operate in line with the company's Quality Assurance System and Code of Ethics.
Key Deliverables
- SEA B&I Product Line strategy and deployment roadmap.
- Governance and operating rhythm for the SEA Product Line community.
- Pipeline and key account oversight framework.
- Contribution to strategic initiatives and M&A activities.

- Delivery of SEA B&I Product Line financial and growth objectives.
- Adherence to global Product Line strategy and governance.
- Effectiveness of Product Line community and capability deployment.
- Health, safety, and quality compliance.
Authority & Decision Making
- Co-ownership of SEA Product Line performance and P&L delivery.
- Authority to define Product Line strategic priorities within global frameworks.
- Shared accountability for sales execution and portfolio growth.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Strong experience in Building & Infrastructure services or related technical domains.
- Proven ability to lead in a matrix, multi-country environment.
- Strong strategic, commercial, and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Demonstrated commitment to safety, quality, and ethical standards.
- Based in Singapore.
- Regular travel across Southeast Asia as required.
