The Business Manager for South East Asia will be responsible for upholding and enhancing Ferrari's brand prestige by implementing high-quality, targeted, and personalized business strategies across the region. The role will drive dealership business excellence, support business growth, and strengthen customer loyalty by ensuring a consistent and impactful brand experience.
II. Primary Responsibilities (key areas of responsibilities in details sales operations)
Dealer Supervision:
- Guide and oversee dealership business strategies, ensuring alignment with Ferrari's regional objectives.
- Set dealer sales and marketing KPIs, track performance, and provide ongoing strategic direction.
- Review and approve dealer sales plans, activities, and event proposals.
- Conduct regular audits of dealer-led campaigns, analyzing effectiveness and making recommendations for improvement.
Business Execution & Performance Management:
- Monitor dealers annual, quarterly, and monthly business plans, ensuring a strong focus on lead generation and sales funnel effectiveness.
- Ensure precise tracking and reporting of dealer activities, continuously optimizing performance.
- Lead key regional events, from concept creation to execution, ensuring alignment with Ferrari's brand strategy.
- Control and manage dealers annual budgets for sales, events, advertising, communications.
Retail Strategy & Brand Development:
- Support the regional strategic sales initiatives, ensuring brand consistency across multiple markets.
- Continuously assess and refine marketing strategies to enhance brand impact in diverse markets in the region.
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of the competitive landscape, consumer demographics, and brand messaging.
- Strengthen Ferrari's retail presence and customer experience through innovative business solutions.
Cross-functional Coordination & Dealer Support:
- Serve as a key liaison between Ferrari South East Asia region and dealer marketing teams, ensuring seamless communication and execution of business programs.
- Evaluate dealer managers performance and oversee recruitment, training, and development plans for new dealer managers.
- Collaborate closely with internal departments, including Sales, After-Sales, CRM, and Communications, to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
Miscellaneous:
- Perform other ad-hoc tasks to enhance Ferrari's business efforts in the region.
III. Qualifications (Experience, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities) Required
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field
- 5-8 years of experience in luxury or automotive industries international or European company experience is a plus.
- Strong retail and customer engagement experience, with a deep understanding of high-end products.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to work effectively with dealers, customers, and internal teams.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and brand excellence.
- Adaptable and proactive, with the ability to manage projects, handle changing priorities, and lead teams.
- Hands-on approach with problem-solving and crisis management skills.
