Hi,
We are hiring Sous Chef for our restaurant
Requirements:
- At least 5 years experience in innovative vegetarian cuisine
- Experience leading a kitchen of at least 3 people
- Able to work on shift ( including weekends and public holidays)
-Experience in menu creation
-Experience in doing events and wine pairing dinners
- Experience in modern western cuisine is a plus but not a must
-Familiar with the common techniques and ingredients used in vegetarian cuisine
