What You'll Be Doing:

  • Kitchen Commander: With the Head Chef by your side, you'll run the kitchen, making sure everything goes off without a hitch.
  • Taste-Master General: Ensure every dish not only meets but exceeds taste expectations, tweaking recipes and presentations as needed.
  • Inventory King/Queen: You'll keep track of ingredients and supplies like a culinary detective, making sure we're never out of the essentials.
  • Crisis Averter: Handle any kitchen mishaps with calm and quick thinking-burnt dish No problem, you've got a backup plan!
  • Smooth Operator: Ensure all stations are running like a well-tuned orchestra, from prep to plating-nothing gets past you!

What We Are Looking For:

  • Minimum 5 years of kitchen experience in a high-volume environment
  • Minimum 1 year of kitchen management or supervisory experience in a high-volume environment
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Warm personality and a natural ability to interact with people and create an upbeat, fun atmosphere
