Sous Chef Job Responsibilities :-

. Directs food preparations and collaborates with the Executive Chef.

. Helps in the design of food and drinks menu.

. Produces high quality plating, including both design and taste.

. Oversees and supervises kitchen staff.

. Assists with menu planning, inventory and mangement of supplies.
