We're looking for an experienced Sous Chef (Asian Cuisine) to support kitchen operations and deliver high-quality Asian dishes.
Responsibilities:
. Assist Head Chef in daily operations
. Prepare & cook Asian cuisine
. Lead, supervise & train kitchen staff
. Maintain kitchen hygiene & safety
. Manage stock, portioning & reduce waste
Requirements:
. Experience as Sous Chef or Senior Cook (Asian cuisine)
. Strong leadership & teamwork
. Able to work in fast-paced kitchen
. Food hygiene cert is a bonus
