Job Description

Japanese Sous Chef (Signature Specialist)

Location: Central Singapore
Schedule: 5 or 6-day work week (includes weekends & public holidays)
Salary: Up to $3,400/month (commensurate with experience)

  • Masterfully prepare and cook our signature Japanese dishes with consistency and artistry.

  • Guide and support the kitchen team, fostering a positive and efficient environment during service.

  • Partner with the Head Chef on menu development, quality control, and kitchen workflow improvements.

  • Maintain impeccable standards of cleanliness, food safety, and station organization.

  • Ensure every plate is visually stunning and delivers an exceptional flavor experience.

Requirements

You have at least 2 years in a professional kitchen Japanese cuisine experience is a strong advantage.

You possess solid foundational skills in prep, kitchen tools, and core cooking techniques.
