Japanese Sous Chef (Signature Specialist)
Location: Central Singapore
Schedule: 5 or 6-day work week (includes weekends & public holidays)
Salary: Up to $3,400/month (commensurate with experience)
Masterfully prepare and cook our signature Japanese dishes with consistency and artistry.
Guide and support the kitchen team, fostering a positive and efficient environment during service.
Partner with the Head Chef on menu development, quality control, and kitchen workflow improvements.
Maintain impeccable standards of cleanliness, food safety, and station organization.
Ensure every plate is visually stunning and delivers an exceptional flavor experience.
Requirements
You have at least 2 years in a professional kitchen Japanese cuisine experience is a strong advantage.
You possess solid foundational skills in prep, kitchen tools, and core cooking techniques.
