Assist with menu planning, inventory control, and portion management
Reduce food waste through proper storage and efficient usage of ingredients
Maintain consistent food quality and production standards
Follow and enforce kitchen SOPs and procedures
Ensure high standards of food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness
Ensure safe and proper use of kitchen equipment and guide team members
Perform other duties as assigned by the Reporting Manager
