Job Description

Chinese Fine Dining - Sous Chef (2nd Chopper)
Working Hours: 44 hours per week
Work Days: 5 days work, 2 off days - Split Shift
Meals: Provided
Location: North Bridge Road
Nearest MRT: Bras Basah / City Hall

Key Responsibilities

    • Assist with menu planning, inventory control, and portion management

    • Reduce food waste through proper storage and efficient usage of ingredients

    • Maintain consistent food quality and production standards

    • Follow and enforce kitchen SOPs and procedures

    • Ensure high standards of food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness

    • Ensure safe and proper use of kitchen equipment and guide team members

    • Perform other duties as assigned by the Reporting Manager

Requirements

  • Kitchen experience, preferably in Cantonese or Chinese cuisine
  • Able to handle fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Good teamwork and communication skills
