Sourcing Specialist (Oil & Gas MNC)

Our client is a Manufacturing MNC, one of the leading players in the Oil & Gas sector. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a Sourcing Specialist to be part of their Sourcing team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the West - easily accessible.

The Responsible of Sourcing Specialist are:

• Support plant-level sourcing activities to meet manufacturing tactical and strategic needs.
• Execute category management strategies in line with company policies and procedures.
• Prepare RFQs and manage competitive sourcing to achieve optimal cost, quality, and delivery.
• Drive and monitor sourcing qualification projects and timelines.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, including international trade requirements.
• Act as a liaison between regional sourcing teams and internal stakeholders across supply chain functions.
• Monitor market and risk factors (e.g. geopolitical, currency) and support improvement initiatives with suppliers.
• Support component cost setting and system updates to enable Procure-to-Pay processes.
• Assist in supplier performance evaluation with stakeholders.

Job Requirements:

• Min 3 years of sourcing experience in Oil and Gas / Shipyard industry
• Able to read technical drawings
• MIn Degree in Engineering related field
