The Opportunity:
Adecco is partnering with a biotech company, and we are looking for an experienced Sourcing Specialist to join their business on a 6 months contract basis. The successful incumbent will identify, evaluate, and select suppliers to ensure the timely and cost-effective procurement of goods and services.

- Work location: West region
The Job:
- Source, evaluate, and qualify suppliers based on cost, quality, reliability, and market competitiveness
- Manage RFP and negotiation processes to secure optimal commercial terms and recommend supplier selection
- Support contract management and ensure compliance with internal policies and legal requirements
- Drive cost analysis and identify savings opportunities to improve procurement efficiency
- Build strong supplier relationships and resolve performance or delivery issues proactively
- Stay updated on market trends and provide insights to support strategic sourcing decisions
The Talent:
- Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
- Prior experience in procurement/sourcing
- Strong negotiation skills, ability to build relationships with suppliers
- Knowledge in SAP system
