Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source, evaluate, and select suppliers/vendors based on quality, cost, delivery, and service.
  • Identify new potential suppliers and alternative materials.
  • Request, review, and analyze quotations to ensure competitive pricing and favorable terms.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms with suppliers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers.
  • Monitor supplier performance and resolve issues related to delivery, quality, or pricing.
  • Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate records of sourcing activities, supplier databases, and contract terms.
  • Collaborate with internal departments (Sales, engineering, finance, etc.) to understand sourcing needs.
  • Support cost-saving initiatives and continuous improvement in the supply chain.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Procurement, or related field.
  • Proven experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain role (1-3 years or more depending on level).
  • Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
  • Good knowledge of sourcing and procurement techniques, as well as market analysis.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) k
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Fresh Graduate also welcomed.
