• Develop and implement sourcing strategies to ensure quality, value, and timely delivery across Ladies categories.

• Build, evaluate, and onboard suppliers and factories while driving continuous process improvements.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate concepts into commercially successful products.

• Lead costing, negotiations, and supply chain optimisation to strengthen speed-to-market and margin performance.

• Manage multiple product categories and support broader business initiatives as required.

skills and experience required

• Degree in business or a related discipline with around 10 years of merchandising or sourcing experience within a retail or buying office environment.
• Willing to travel.
