The System Solutions & Projects Manager is responsiblefor leading end-to-end system solution development and project delivery, ensuring technical excellence, timely execution, and client satisfaction. This role bridges technical engineering, project management, and business strategy to deliver integrated solutions across energy management, BMS, EPMS, DCIM, and smart building systems.
Key Responsibilities
Solution Development & Technical Leadership
- Lead technical solution design for BMS, EPMS, DCIM, IoT and energy management systems
- Review tender specifications and develop compliant technical proposals
- Provide system architecture design including hardware, software, networking, and integration layers
- Ensure compliance with relevant standards (IEC, SS, ISO, etc.)
- Support pre-sales team in technical presentations and client meetings
Project Management & Delivery
- Oversee full project lifecycle from award to handover
- Develop project schedule, resource plan, and cost control
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, subcontractors and partners
- Manage installation, commissioning, testing and documentation
- Ensure delivery within timeline, budget and quality standards
- Monitor risk and implement mitigation strategies
Client & Stakeholder Management
- Act as main technical contact for clients
- Manage consultants, contractors and internal teams
- Conduct progress meetings and submit reports
- Handle change management and variation claims where necessary
Team Leadership
- Lead project engineers and site supervisors
- Mentor junior engineers
- Ensure proper documentation and handover process
- Implement best practices and continuous improvement
Requirement
- Degree in Electrical / Electronic / Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Bachelor's degree (B.Sc. or B.Eng.) in Electrical Engineering
- 67 years of experience in electrical engineering, preferably within a specific industry such as infrastructure & in system integration / BMS / EPMS / DCIM / industrial automation
- Proven experience managing & execution of maintenance projects from concept to completion.
- Proficiency in programming languages (Python, Java, C#, or C++).
- Experience with database management (SQL/NoSQL).
- Familiar with the configuration and optimization ofmiddleware, including but not limit to Apache Tomcat and WebLogic.
- Configure and integrate SCADA/HMI platforms for real-timedata visualization.
