Solutions Engineer - Network Security

You will undertake the implementation of multiple cybersecurity / network products at the L1/2 level, encompassing tasks such as installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and support for the assigned cybersecurity/networks product. This position is ideal for an individual with some basic knowledge to post-sales, networks / cybersecurity, making it an excellent opportunity for those taking their initial steps in their career journey.

Responsibilities:

• Support calls for L1/L2 troubleshooting

• To assist in check and upgrade for cybersecurity and network devices.

• Handle Project Kick off Meeting

• Mounting / Relocation of cybersecurity / networks equipment

• Configuration of cybersecurity / networks equipment

• Migration of cyber security / networks equipment

• User Acceptance Test

• To draft documentation for project

• Proactively managing customer's expectation

• Knowledge Transfer to the partners or end users

• Involve in the Vendor Training

Requirements:

• ITE or Diploma in IT/Network related field

• Preferred to possess basic knowledge in networks or cybersecurity.

• Possesses good interpersonal and communication skills.

• Proficient in multitasking and capable of excelling in a fast-paced work environment.

• Capable of performing effectively in high-pressure situations.

• Open to working beyond standard working hours as needed.
