About the Role

We are looking for a Solutions Engineer to join a cross-functional project team supporting customer integrations and technology-based solutions.

In this role, you will work closely with customers and internal teams to deliver technical solutions, troubleshoot integration challenges, support implementation activities, and help ensure successful go-live.

This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in Solutions Engineering, Technical Consulting, Customer Integration, Cloud, Cybersecurity, or Technical Implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Work as part of a cross-functional project team to develop and deliver technology-based solutions.
• Consult with customers and internal stakeholders regarding technical feasibility and solution requirements.
• Own the technical components of customer integration projects, including:
• Configuration
• Troubleshooting and debugging
• Technical documentation
• Testing
• Go-live support
• Integrate cloud, security, and technology solutions to meet customer requirements.
• Partner with Sales, Business Support, Engineering, Product Development, and Technical Support teams to resolve technical issues.
• Support customers during trials, integrations, implementations, and post-production activities.
• Accurately estimate and scope technical implementation timelines.
• Identify technical risks, dependencies, and potential implementation challenges.
• Develop and communicate appropriate mitigation strategies.
• Review technical configurations with Professional Services team members to ensure quality, accuracy, and alignment with requirements.
• Help ensure successful customer implementation and overall solution delivery.

What We're Looking For

• Experience in Solutions Engineering, Technical Consulting, Sales Engineering, Professional Services, or Technical Implementation.
• Experience working directly with customers on technical projects or integrations.
• Strong understanding of cloud, cybersecurity, networking, or enterprise technology solutions.
• Experience with technical troubleshooting, configuration, testing, and debugging.
• Ability to understand customer requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with Sales, Engineering, Product, and Technical Support teams.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple technical tasks and projects while meeting implementation timelines.
