Solutions Engineer

Scope of Work:

• Handle technical queries from clients and consultants
• Provide technical support and sales teams (pre- and post-sales), including product submissions, proposals, and quotations; prepare plans, specifications, and cost estimates
• Conduct on-site product installation training and perform periodic site inspections
• Process and manage client orders
• Research and assist in value-added design solutions that meet client requirements, using structural engineering calculations and design codes
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to align client requirements for standardization and future product development

Requirements: 

• Bachelor's or Diploma in Civil or Structural Engineering, or equivalent
• Knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Effective communication skills in English and Mandarin
• Self-motivated, responsible, and detail-oriented
• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant work experience
• English and Chinese/Mandarin speaking
