Senior Solutions Engineer

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze and translate customer requirements into data center design projects.

- Manage RFP proposals and produce technical/sales materials, including M&E schematics.

- Develop engineering solutions, including Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) models.

- Coordinate with internal teams to gather information and align solutions.

- Lead customer workshops, technical sessions, and fit-out demarcation schedules.

- Prepare and deliver pitch decks, technical presentations, and collateral for executives.

- Negotiate technical aspects, deviations, and alternative solutions with customers.

- Conduct technical tours and presentations for new and existing clients.

Qualifications:

- Proficiency in MS Office, BlueBeam, AutoCAD.

- Strong knowledge of CFD and engineering calculations.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
