As part of their continued growth, they are seeking a Solution Design Executive to develop customized logistics and warehousing solutions that drive operational excellence and create value for customers.
This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded logistics professional who enjoys problem-solving, data analysis, and designing scalable supply chain solutions. You will work closely with internal stakeholders, customers, and international teams to support business development initiatives through RFQ management, solution modelling, and proposal development.
Responsibilities
Lead and support RFQ activities, including data collection, analysis, costing, and solution development.
Develop logistics and warehousing solutions tailored to customer requirements.
Perform solution modelling, resource planning, and operational calculations to ensure commercially viable proposals.
Prepare compelling customer proposals and presentations to support business development activities.
Analyze logistics processes, productivity drivers, and operational workflows to identify optimization opportunities.
Support automation and process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and service performance.
Collaborate closely with regional and global stakeholders to develop end-to-end supply chain solutions.
Requirements
Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business Studies, or a related discipline.
Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain, logistics engineering, solution design, or logistics project implementation.
Strong analytical and numerical skills with advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
Experience in RFQ management, pricing, solution costing, and proposal development.
Good understanding of warehousing operations, transportation processes, and productivity improvement methodologies.
Strong commercial and financial acumen with the ability to evaluate solution feasibility and profitability.
Interest in automation, innovation, and process optimization within logistics operations.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work across cross-functional and international teams.
