Solutions Architect

We are hiring a Solutions Architect to join the Business Engineering team of a leading global technology company, working directly with major advertisers to help them implement and get more value from its advertising and marketing technology solutions.

This is a highly client-facing technical role sitting between Engineering, Sales and Digital Marketing.

What you'll be doing

• Act as a technical consultant to advertisers, helping them design and implement advertising and marketing technology solutions.
• Partner closely with Sales teams and clients to translate marketing objectives into scalable technical implementations.
• Support advertisers with signals, tracking and measurement solutions, including server-side conversion technologies.
• Lead technical discussions covering APIs, data integrations, web/mobile technologies and advertising platforms.
• Manage planned client activations from implementation and testing through to go-live.
• Troubleshoot technical issues arising during implementations and day-to-day use.
• Work with API documentation, scripts and testing tools to investigate and resolve integration issues.
• Build strong relationships with both technical and business stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Singapore and the wider APAC region.
• Use data and technical insights to influence client decisions and improve advertising outcomes.

What we're looking for

• 5+ years of experience across roles such as Solutions Architect, Technical Consultant, Solutions Engineer, Partner Engineer or Software Engineer.
• Strong technical foundation working with software systems, SQL/querying and APIs.
• Experience working with web, mobile or enterprise technology stacks.
• Comfortable reading API documentation, understanding integrations and troubleshooting technical issues.
• Strong client-facing experience with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience translating business requirements into practical technical solutions.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work across multiple stakeholders and projects.

Highly advantageous

• Experience within AdTech, MarTech, digital advertising or performance marketing.
• Experience working within a major digital, media, performance marketing or advertising agency.
• Knowledge of advertising measurement, tracking, signals and conversion technologies.
• Hands-on experience implementing advertising or marketing technology platforms.
• Experience working with advertising, conversion, measurement or social platform APIs.
• Experience using API testing and documentation tools such as Postman and Swagger.
• Experience delivering large-scale partner or client integration projects.

This is an initial 12 months contract role.
