Solutions Architect

Role Summary

We're looking for a Solution Architect who can shape and execute architecture strategies that drive digital transformation. This role is ideal for someone with deep banking domain knowledge and strong experience in enterprise architecture, integration patterns, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain an IT architecture roadmap aligned with the organization's digital vision.

Provide solution blueprints and define target architectures for major IT initiatives.

Lead proof-of-concepts for new and emerging technologies.

Ensure all solutions meet non-functional requirements such as performance, security, and scalability.

Collaborate with global architecture teams and offer technical guidance throughout the SDLC.

Serve as a key technical authority in architectural discussions and design reviews.

Oversee risk management and ensure compliance with banking regulations.

Required Skills

Strong expertise in Temenos Transact, Payment Hub, and Triple'A Plus.

Deep experience in microservices, SOA, API design, and cloud-native architectures (AWS/Azure).

Hands-on knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.

12+ years of experience in enterprise architecture within banking or wealth management.

Proven track record in architecture governance and end-to-end solution delivery.

Soft Skills

Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Ability to mentor, guide, and lead technical teams effectively.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

Enterprise architecture certifications are a plus.
