Responsibilities:
- Drive new business development and expand the customer network for a portfolio including Industrial Sensors, RFID, Vision Cameras, Power Supplies, and Automation Solutions
- Acquire new customers and grow key accounts within target industries: Semicon, Life Science, Automation/Robotics, F&B, and Packaging
- Identify new opportunities, manage the sales pipeline via CRM (SAP C4C), and develop technical solutions with support teams
- Boost revenue by conducting product seminars, webinars, and presentations to promote new product launches
- Ensure customer satisfaction and retention by evaluating requests and proposing appropriate solutions
- Utilize CRM (SAP C4C) and SAP systems for pipeline management, sales forecasting, and project management
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Automation, or a related field
- 3-5 years of sales experience in Industrial Automation (Sensors, IO-Link, RFID, Vision Systems)
- Proficiency with CRM tools, preferably SAP Cloud for Customer (C4C), and SAP ERP
- Strong product and application knowledge in industrial automation
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer-oriented skills
