The company has obtained 600 global patents for core intellectual properties involving robotics design & manufacturing, scheduling system, robot control system and warehouse management system, etc.

We are looking for Solution Manager in our Singapore Office, Hong Kong or Malaysia to cover Southeast Asia & Australia & New Zealandmarkets to create values for our clients. The Solution Manager will:

• Assist the senior solution engineers to design the intralogistics solution, integrating our GTP technology with other MHE such as conveyor, racking, sorter, robot arm, etc..
• Assist the senior solution engineers to perform a analysis based on Client's needs and provide quantitative or qualitative results to help the solution design.

Your Responsibilities

• Study HAI's products and intra-logistics solutions to provide expertise to Sales team and customers.
• Work under the mentorship of Senior Engineers and with Sales team to assist the design of automation solutions.
• Collaborate with Project Implementation team to ensure successful deployment of proposal.
• Help the writing, editing and translation (if needed) of the solution related documents.
• Any other related duties assigned by the company.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Science, Business Analysis or any related field is required
• Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
• Happy to learn new technologies and skills constantly
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Analytical thinking and excited about problem-solving
• Ability to speak Mandarin
• Travel (up to 15%)

Preferred qualifications:

• 5 Years of work experience in related fields
• Newly Graduated Candidates are welcome
• Basic concepts of warehouse operations
• Basic concepts of Warehouse Management System
• Computer skills: Microsoft Office (Powerpoint, Excel) and other data analytics software
