Solution Manager, Data Center (Singapore)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Solutions Manager to support customers in designing and delivering scalable infrastructure solutions. This role combines technical consulting, solution design, commercial planning, and customer engagement to help businesses meet their operational and growth objectives. Experience in data centre environments is highly desirable, and exposure to AI or high-performance computing infrastructure is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Engagement & Presales

• Work closely with customers to understand their technical and business requirements.
• Partner with commercial teams to assess and qualify new opportunities.
• Develop and present solution proposals, including technical recommendations and pricing.
• Support customer evaluations, workshops, and proof-of-concept activities where required.
• Act as a trusted advisor throughout the solution lifecycle.

Solution Design & Delivery Support

• Design and validate infrastructure solutions that meet customer needs and operational requirements.
• Review technical feasibility, service requirements, performance expectations, and implementation considerations.
• Provide guidance during project delivery to ensure a smooth transition from planning to deployment.
• Recommend alternative approaches when customer requirements evolve or constraints arise.

Commercial & Business Support

• Develop commercially viable solutions that balance customer requirements with business objectives.
• Prepare pricing models, cost estimates, and solution documentation.
• Evaluate third-party services and suppliers when required.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to clearly communicate the value and benefits of proposed solutions.

Collaboration & Process Excellence

• Work closely with technical, operational, delivery, and support teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Contribute technical input to service agreements and project documentation.
• Follow established governance, quality, and approval processes.
• Monitor market developments and emerging technologies to help shape future service offerings.
